By adding Tsuki to your Discord server or using Tsuki as a user-installed application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove Tsuki from your server or discontinue use immediately.

These terms apply to all users of Tsuki, including server administrators, members, and anyone who interacts with the bot.

2. Description of Service

Tsuki is a Discord bot that provides kawaii-themed interactions and utility commands within the Discord platform. Tsuki operates as a user-installable application and may be used in servers, DMs, and private channels as permitted by Discord.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tsuki to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or harm other Discord users
• Violate Discord's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Spam or flood channels with bot commands
• Attempt to exploit, abuse, or reverse engineer the bot
• Use the bot for any illegal activity or purpose
• Impersonate other users, servers, or the Tsuki development team

4. Availability & Modifications

Tsuki is provided on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

We may update features, commands, or behavior at any time. Continued use of Tsuki following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tsuki and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. You use Tsuki at your own risk.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to ban users or servers from using Tsuki at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse, violation of these terms, or violation of Discord's Terms of Service. You may stop using Tsuki at any time by removing the bot from your server or revoking the user install.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available at this URL. Significant changes may be announced via the Tsuki support server.
