When you use Tsuki, we may temporarily process the following data to fulfill your command requests:

• Your Discord user ID (to identify who sent a command)
• The target user's Discord ID (when using interaction commands like /hug)
• The server/guild ID (to know where the command was used)
• Command names and timestamps (for functionality and error logging)

We do not store the content of any messages, nor do we log conversations or DMs.

2. How We Use Your Information

The data processed is used solely to:

• Execute the commands you request
• Ensure the bot functions correctly
• Debug errors and improve performance
• Comply with Discord's API Terms of Service

3. Data Storage & Retention

Tsuki does not maintain a persistent database of user interactions. Any data temporarily processed during command execution is not stored beyond the immediate request lifecycle. Error logs, if any, are retained only as long as needed for debugging purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. The only data transmitted is what is necessary to interact with Discord's API to fulfill your requests.

5. Third-Party Services

Tsuki operates on and through the Discord platform. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's own Privacy Policy. Tsuki has no control over data collected directly by Discord.

GIF content displayed through interaction commands is sourced from Giphy or similar platforms. No user data is shared with these services.

6. Children's Privacy

Tsuki is intended for users who meet Discord's minimum age requirements (13+ in most regions, 16+ in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from minors below these thresholds.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not maintain persistent user databases, there is generally no stored data to retrieve, correct, or delete. If you have concerns about data associated with your account, you may contact us and we will address them promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Tsuki after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
